I requested them to help me resolve my Dept and fix my credit, it has almost been a year and they haven't helped do anything I sent my own letters to the credit bureaus my self and helped fixed my own credit score without there help it's been a year and every time they say we will call at this time on this day it never happens It makes me feel like they are scamming people and because my credit score has went up due to me trying to fix my credit my self they will take the credit and say they have done it yet nothing has happened in a year. Also when I try to call the business myself it says that there office is closed and they don't call back. Resolution Sought To give me my money back or to actually help dispute things.

I joined this company 3/2021. At first everything was going good but my credit score was going up, now here it is 01/2022 and my credit score is back down to where it was when I first started. They will not pick up the phone when I call but are constantly calling me when the bill is due or to suggest exclusive offers to match me to decrease my bill. They also sent me a credit analysis however no breakdown or explaination of what it is I'm reading. Resolution Sought I would like a refund of my $1000 please
