We've been renting for a year now, complained, called, sent emails, about the living conditions. Nothing has been fixed, and the things they have fixed, is broken again. Now they're asking for more rent on next year's lease. Is there anything we can do besides move to rectify the situation? Resolution Sought Make the house stable, and livable.
