I was on their website browsing a neck (massage) band. I was considering purchasing the item but decided not to after reaching the PayPal information step. I cancelled the sale and they charged my account for the item anyway. I contacted the company immediately through customer support email o see what I could do. Because to them I purchased their item (I DID NOT) they told me to respond to their email letting them know I want to cancel everything and they would be able to do so since it hasn't been processed to go out for delivery. I never heard back from them and checked my account and saw the charge was still there. I called them and they told me I have to wait to get the item and refuse the package. Once they get it, they will process a refund. When I got the package I took it to the post office (unopened and untouched) and had them refuse and send the package back. A few weeks later, I got the package back in the mail. Called customer service, they would not provide a return label so I had to return the item and pay for it myself. They gave me the address (which was completely different than what was on the package AND also the company name was different). I sent the package out priority mail almost 3 weeks ago and they are saying they have not received it and cannot do anything for me unless I get a tracking number from the post office, which I cannot do since this was 2-3 weeks ago. Resolution Sought I want a refund. I never made the purchase, never confirmed anything and cancelled the transaction but they charged me anyway. I returned their product, I don't want it (never did). I just want a refund. They are the worst company I've ever had to deal with.
