Our tickets are not oversold, as we are not reservation based. As tickets are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, we have no wat to know when a customer will utilize the service. Wait times may be longer during our busy season, however we always have enough buses to meet the demand. As per our terms and conditions, which are agreed to prior to completion of the purchase, all sales are final. This customer never reached out to us for assistance in rectifying her situation

You first have to buy the tickets before you can pick a time. We bought the priority boarding with skyline view to find out there was no such service. The boat was unsafe and with no place to sit. I has a baby, a toddler, and an 8 yo with me, and was really scared they would get hurt. I'm amazed they are allowed to stay in business. Resolution Sought Give a refund.

TopView Sightseeing NYC has received the complaint of Isabelle Nawaz and would like to rectify the situation, and address the complaint. The customer purchased 2 Liberty Cruise Select Tickets with transaction ID 280161245644 and 280470693612 with a reservation time of April 13th at 3:00 PM. Our tickets have a 12 month validity, and reservations are required after your purchase is made. We start priority boarding for our cruises 30 minutes prior to departure. These customers did have tickets that included priority boarding; however, at the time they boarded at 2:55, we had already completed that and were boarding general admission. Please view the customers scan history and time below. Seating is on a first come first serve basis, and is not guaranteed for any deck. Our boats follow all capacity limits set forth by the USCG, and we do not under any circumstances overbook TopView Sightseeing NYC has a strict no refund policy as our services were running. This is in our terms and conditions which are agreed upon at the point of purchase. All information is posted on our website, app, and paper receipts.
