We bought two tickets to ride on one of their buses on over the counter on 12/5/23 and we have a health emergency that make us not to travel. We went to the offices and call three more offices, but they refuse to cancel our tickets that we suppose to travel on 12/15/23. They say the policy is we don't cancel or refund tickets buy online. But, we buy them we did it over the counter and they did not mention or write it on the ticket. Please help me! Thank you Resolution Sought Cancel the tickets and full refund of $560.00.
