On 03/31/2021 purchased was a tub insert and walls During COVID No plumber or carpenter was able to do the work. The product was returned on September 14, 2021 by their truck and on September 18, 2021 we were informed by our calling no credit would be given. Resolution Sought I would like this company to give a full refund for the merchandize returned in good condition and in original boxes never opened or removed tools included.
