Poor service

I went to Tortillas La Union to order my mother some beef fajita taco. To go about 5:30 pm i left about 5:53 pm after receiving the order just to return back to the store when i found out it was chicken fajita , told the person their that i wanted beef fajita He will not and did not Change my order. And then I asked to speak with a manager. He told me that he's a manager then i asked could he remake the order over he re fuss so i try to get the lady attention he spoke in Spanish and tell her something she did not look up she continued working. And then I told him I will talk to the manager about the situation. on tomorrow so ask i began to tell him i will talk to the owner he got mad as i place the food back on the counter and he said nergo i kill ask he began to come from around the counter so i made a complaint with the Mesquite Police Department Of his threat to me. i spoken with the the owner he said we don't take food back. I asked him do you have a sign saying no return ,ask i asked him that i look around and i didn't see a sign telling customer that So as he refused to do anything about the situation. But I explained to him what happened. He did not want to. Do anything about it? So I left. To have someone with food customer service experience learn how to be polite with their customers and apologize
