My car was in an accident on May 29th of this year and I filed a claim in June for the car to be picked up by the insurance company. The financed department picked the vehicle up on the 7th of June l, I have not heard anything about my claim or the vehicle but I received I email of notice of collertal saying the vehicle was repossessed for non payment . It wasn't and today I still don't have answers and the car is on my vehicle. No one is trying to reach out to me and when I tried reaching out they don't know or I am being pushed to the answering machine. Resolution Sought I would like the money I put down on the vehicle back and for this to be off my credit report so I can buy me another vehicle
