I have been trying. For almost a month to call this company to get. My policy changed over to the new owner. I have spoken to a lady. The I think her name was Elita or Anita twice. No callbacks I have spent over three hours plus on hold to be disconnected. I have left messages several times. You can never get a person. Only if you call before 7am that lady takes a message and you get no call back. I feel like I've been scammed. I have tried for weeks and weeks. It's almost a full month. I want all my money back. Resolution Sought Repay me all that. I paid for the policy because it's obvious. You'll never be able to get a hold of them if you need a repair since nobody answers the phone or return phone calls. I would not even give them a one star, yes, in the beginning. They're right on top of it until they get all your money.
