When they installed new bath tub and shower. They had to tear tiles down and they 2 holes in dinning room which is on other side of bathroom. My husband showed them. He had to leave so when they finished they had my daughter sign paperwork, she knew nothing about holes. They did. So when we called them their response was paperwork was signed. They had to come back out to fix because bathtub wasn't holding water so when they came out we mentioned holes again their response was paperwork was signed. My husband complained sent pictures of holes same response. The guy even told him how to fix. My point good service knowing about holes they would of fixed being good service. There was dust everywhere. Need more work in bathroom but won't be calling them. Resolution Sought Fix the holes they made. Took advantage of my daughter knowing my husband showed them the holes.

I hired this company to put a tub in my house because I didn't have one. The came, broke my tiles didn't put them back. No silicone to stop the water from getting behind the walls fixtures were wrong, put a piece of wood trim on the wall cut to short and filled the rest with some kind of grout. They keep saying they will fix it but they don't come back. Resolution Sought I would like my bathroom finished the right way. This is costing a lot of money.
