The owner is very very rude, he have no patience he is a very mean man

I went in there last week I had my lotteries on a slip which was wrong so The retailer workers was trying to help me. the owner start screaming at me telling me to hurry up. so today again I went there play my lotteries again he was rushing me to get out because my numbers was written wrong on slip, but the worker was trying to help me again. The owner came over saying its the law, which I know they have us to put numbers on the slip which I did he didn't want to help me either did he want his workers to help me. This rude man was hollering at the top of his voice, now I got mad trying to explain to him the numbers was written on the slip. I believe he got mad because he was closing up at 7:30, which he suppose to close at 11pm especially if he taking lotteries. I am disable he don't know what disability I have if I didn't need help I won't ask retailer workers it was two trying to help me, I was not in nobody way because they have two lottery machines. The owner is very very rude, he have no patience he is a very mean man, I would like him to change his rudeness. I told him today he should count his blessings, do he really know how many businesses is closed because of coronavirus, If it was not for us customers his business will be closed. I am a good customer treat all the workers with upmost respect. He have real nice workers but he is a madman he need anger management course if not his anger going lead him down to. Self destruction.
