I've had a credit card with this company for over 4 years now. Went on acct twice thus month once on 03-2-24 & 03-16-24 to realize i was beginning charged for a annual fee they took out on a precious card that they replaced with the 7482 card. The annual fee was charged in 2023 an been less then 6 months. Then i never signed up on paperless statements this go around. I've paid card off an previously was on. When they sent me new card i didn't request it. This company refuses to provide statements which by law must. Ive asked for them in past an never was provide them. You cant go on website an download statements like all other credit card companies! I want tge 48.00 removed along with intrest they have charged to that fee, then the 174.00 they charged me for copies of statements ive still not received since 03-02-24. Im not pay 14.50 per month for 1 piece of paper! This is a free service thats provide if they honor it, in which this company hasnt. I want all my paper statements like im supposed to get, which tgey refuse to provide. So im not paying 360.75 i dont owe. Ive mail them out a hand written disagreement which they will refuses and drag this out. They also refuses to removed my bank information from 5461 acct. My bank says they have no right to refuses this service to, an are will to file fraud do to the fact ive request this action to removed my bank account several times. Resolution Sought To remove the 222 to 360 cause to payments I can't account for of 50, 100=150. Tgen the 48.00 annul fee I already paid Then the 174.00 an any interest they attach to my debt which they do and ate for copies of statements.
