I brought my 2007 F150 to Total mechanical on April 11th they said it would take two days it has been almost 7 weeks the first time they try to give me the truck back after 5 days the vehicle runs really bad it did not put it back together correctly, so now it just sits at their shop and they do not fix anything on it I have been by there numerous times trying to resolve this I called them I get no answer I go by there the owners not there I I'm at my end of my rope I want to know what I could do Resolution Sought I want them to fix my truck or get someone else to fix it I've had enough patience I'm past that point I want my money back and my truck.

We have the truck working on the shop. The problem it happen was I have a mechanic on the middle of boe truck working quit and I have to put another mechanic work on it. Also i get defected parts from Ford and I have to take a part two times. I was talking with the owner of the truck boe and i explain him what was the problem. I get the other parts correct. I also get refund back from anderson ford and then i turn the truck back to the customer.
