Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I used this tech company for 3 years and when my computer died on April 1,2021 they offered to send me another one for $400. so I allowed them to use the visa card they have and the computer arrived on April 11. It was damaged so I called them and one of the Tech guys, George told me to ship it back to them, which I did send it back on the 12th. It took me some time to fix the carton. I paid $75. for the shipment. I am in touch with Bob Lewis who is one of the owners and handles billing. I also had another 9 months of computer tech that I had paid for that would be for this year amounting to 225.00. Totaltech had insurance on the carton so I believed that they would reimburse me for at least 700. George is denying he told me to ship it to them. They told me that the package was vandalized for parts so UPS should reimburse them, but Bob claims that they have not done that. Bob also says that he cannot find any record of my calls to them and Junior the other tech guy called me on the 12th to ask me the address where I sent it and it was the office address so he said that he would go get it. I have a record of my calls on my computer and I am disputing all these so called excuses for not giving me the money that I paid them. Bob tries to refute everything that I say and yet promises that he will get me the money back whenever he does answer my calls that I leave. I am 83 yrs old and am trying to get the Bar Association to help me but they must be busy. Resolution Sought give me a refund of all that paid
