This company told me that I had to use the card more to gain any credit points mind you that it's my money on a secured card so I was making the $40 payments for 4 months and checked my balance and owed way more money I asked for them to ?? close my account because even with the high interest rate I get nothing towards the balance how could $300 secured visa take 250 credit points and tell me when i hit 300 credit they will close the account. They are taking my money and turning it against me in major way. After asking me to make some payments and not adding none to my bill and always looking for an excuse to how this happened. Resolution Sought Close my account that was my money $300 shouldn't get 300 negative points.

This letter is in response to the complaint regarding a Total Visa credit card account. Our investigation located the Total Visa credit card account in your name, opened in April of 2024. The account was used for purchases and payments were received. Monthly billing statements were provided from May 2024 through December 2024 along with the status of your account. Our investigation determined that the total minimum payment was not received by the due date in August of 2024 through November of 2024. The last payment we received was on August 2, 2024. This is not a secured credit card, and if there is a balance, the monthly minimum payment must be made to avoid late fees. The account was closed on December 4, 2024, due to delinquency. We were unable to locate any record that you have attempted to contact Customer Service. In the absence of any evidence of an error in our reporting of the account, we are unable to fulfill the request to remove the delinquencies from the credit bureau reports. I paid my credit card online at total visa on the due date, later that day I got a confirmation stating that my card was post dated for tye 19th of September when I paid on the 11th of September. So I called the company and they stated they will reverse the charges of the late fee. Being that obviously it was wrong with there system. I wake up today to see if the late fee reversal get resolved, now on my credit card statement I see I have to pay $82. What??? The late $41 fee was reversed but now it's stating I have to pay $82 for what. This credit card company is trying to scam, my monthly bill is $41 a month tried to charge a late fee of $41 but called to get b that reversed that got reversed now I see I owe $82. Resolution Sought Fix my account and stop with the bogus charges $82 is not what I pay monthly. Remove that false charge

Dear Xavier : This letter is in response to the complaint regarding a Total Visa credit card account. Our investigation located the Total Visa credit card account in your name, opened in July of 2021. Our investigation found that the online website was accessed on September 11, 2024, and a payment in the amount of $46.00 was postdated for September 19, 2024. As per your conversation with an agent on September 12, 2024, a request to credit the late fee was submitted and the credit appeared on the September of 2024 monthly billing statement. The minimum payment on this statement shows $82.00 because no payment was received on the due date of September 11, 2024. The payment scheduled for September 19, 2024, was received, changing the minimum payment amount due for October 11, 2024, to $36.00. As long as the $36.00 is received by the due date, your account would remain current. In the absence of any evidence of error on the account. Total Visa would not make any further adjustments to the account. If you have any further questions, please contact Total Visa Customer Service at 1-877-480-6988. Sincerely, Total Visa
