Total warranty Services is the company the covers my vehicle.. I have a Powertrain warranty with the company.. I have a open claim.. that motor in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that needs to be replaced.. they replaced it with a used motor that needs more work done it.. and don't wanna be held accountable for the labor and costs from the dealership.. the fuel injectors on the motor need to be replaced that total warranty sent to the dealership.. they sent me a damaged motor that needs work.. and want me as the customer to pay for the costs. Resolution Sought Cover costs and labor on the damaged product that sent for my vehicle.
