My problem with the business is that from management down to employee are not at all customer service professional. Full entitlement, talk to customers however they want and treat them like you are nothing like they don't care if you stop coming and no respect for a great customer experience and besides that the manager was not willing to give a refund say it's the law to not give food refunds because it's food but offer me a same sandwich so I went when I could I still didn't get my bagel sandwich because the manager wasn't there and it's hard to get in touch with the manager on the phone and In person because he never there or comes and goes whenever he feels like it said by woman employee and which she's also the problem but I can agree he's there after them and whenever I'm totally just just how shitty they make you feel by the entitlement attitude down talking to you and treatment and the disrespect and you can't even get a refund or a redo order on your incorrect order /I don't know if they act this way because they protected and can get away with it but I won't be going back ever Resolution Sought If I can get my refund fine but they don't need to be open if the only thing they can offer is customer service abuse and false refund claims or can't even do the simplest decency to redo the order
