Fail to closed a permit on my fence he did years ago. Contact owner who promise to resolved the problem still not resolved. Unable to pull a permit to fix my roof due to this issue. This has been months. Now stop taking my calls or respond to my text. Recent renovate my house now unable to fix my roof. Worried this may cause damage to my house during the rainy season. Resolution Sought Be responsible for any unforeseen water damage if this issue is not resolved and I'm unable to fix my roof. Or complete the process to close the permit so I can move forward un repairing my roof. This is causing me emotional distress.
