I parked in a lot plaza n went to shop. David Money from Tow Squad, single out my car because it was a Benz, when there was maybe 60 to 70 cars parked in the lot. Proceeded to tow my car. I appeared as he was towing the car. He asked for $500 cash to release the car because he said I parked in the lot. I said put the car down. I'm still shopping n buying at the plaza. He then told truck driver to leave with my car and said now I have to pay $750 cash to pick up the car. He said clearly i can afford it. I called the police. Even with a receipt in hand from purchase at the plaza he made me pay $500 to get my car back. They are towing cars from the lots and are targeting owners with luxurious cars. Resolution Sought I need a refund of my $500. They need to look into their business towing cars from a plaza lots n charging people $500. They are scammers and thieves.

Lottie Plaza has multiple security cameras that recorded everything that took place when you parked your vehicle on 12.31.23 and left the property and returned after your vehicle was towed off the property. You have made multiple False statements and the video footage clearly shows you Never entered any store in Lottie Plaza before your vehicle was towed and when you left the property you crossed the street and railroad tracks no one was with you or in your vehicle, furthermore the Posted signs clearly state If You Leave The Premiss Your Vehicle Will Be Towed and this applies to Everyone who leaves the property after the pak on Lottie Plaza including customers. No one is allowed to park and leave as the signs clearly state. Also the girl wearing the blue hat and holding the black bag did Not purchase Anything until After the vehicle was towed. I am going to give you 5 days to withdraw your civil complaint against David Money and Tow Squad Inc based on False statements or I am going to file civil complaints against you on behalf of Tow Squad and David Money in the amount of $5000 each to cover attorney fees for your malicious prosecution based on false claims and I will provide teh Delaware County DA and Upper Darby Police Detectives with camera footage of your TRUE actions when you parked and left the car on the premises on 12.31.23 and made a false police report to the Upper Darby Police Dept and District Court MDJ-32-1-27 Honorable David Lang in Newtown Square PA.

He basically retaliated against my complaints used my home address from my civil complaints to contact me directly and intimidate me and bullying me into removing my complaints. Now that he's using my address out of the legal system. I'm in fear that this person might even harm my property or me.
