I brought my vehicle in for service at Tobin Dodge, it took them a month to replace my alternator and battery, I have car shield to cover the cost of the transmission that was going out for the third time on my 2014 Dodge journey see, carshield offered to send them a transmission with 55,000 MI, they refused the transmission and ordered a used transmission with 130,000 miles on it, went down to the dealership to go pick up vehicle, vehicle was not ready, went back to dealership after they replaced the transmission it still jumped and did the same thing it was brought in for, they took $2,000 from carshield, and vehicle was not repaired correctly, they tried to blackmail me at the dealership over a bad review I gave them Oscar in service department, after I filed the complaint with Dodge they met with me and told me they would rebuild the transmission, only after they lied to me and told me that it was carshields transmission that they put in, this dealership is a bunch of swindlers and thieves they committed insurance fraud against car shield, and never completed the job correctly, I expect a refund of $2,000, for the amount of money they received to do my transmission correctly, it's been in there three times with no success on rebuilding the transmission putting in a used transmission, putting in multiple torque converters, and still the same issue exists that I bought it in for originally. This dealership is a scam artist, and they steal from their own customers.
Resolution Sought
Refund the $2000 from carshield since after three attempts they can still not get the transmission issue fixed, they also refused to fix my transmission issue at first because of the bad review that I wrote them on their horrible service, my only option at this point is to get a full refund of the amount of money you stole from my insurance company, and to go to a different place to have the vehicle service correctly, I have all the service records of how many times we've had transmissions fail
