This company will not pay for water damages from an AC unit that has destroyed three bedrooms and our floors. In October 2023 our air conditioning unit leaked inside our home while we were getting my husband cancer treatments in another state. We did have someone check on our home outside. Had our water turned off and did all the proper things to make sure our home would be safe. This company was our homeowners insurance and they have given us nothing but grief to seniors who pay their bills on time do not deserve to be treated this way. The inside of our homes, full of water from an AC unit backing up into the home. Thank you for taking the time to read this, Resolution Sought Help settle this insurance claim so that we can repair our home and have trust in insurance companies

Tower Hill Insurance Group, LLC is the Managing General Agent for Tower Hill Insurance Exchange and Tower Hill Prime Insurance Company, both Florida domiciled insurance carriers. In response to your letter to Kat Davis of March 12, 20025, regarding complaint Ms. Ruiz, please be advised that the carrier does not provide customer or claimant information to outside sources, except where required by law. We are unable to identify the claim referred to without additional information such as a claim number, policy number, or property location. However, even with additional details, any complaint filed with organizations that do not have regulatory authority over the insurance carrier will not be provided with any information from our files, including any correspondence with our customers or claimant's regarding complaints, in compliance with state and Federal privacy laws. Further, we avail ourselves of all of the protections afforded under Florida Law. We do not waive any privileges or immunities, including but not limited to attorney-client communications, attorney work product, work product of any kind and any other privilege provided by law in providing this information to you. Thus, we hereby request you provide written notice to the undersigned at least 10 days prior to releasing any information or publishing any information we have provided. I own a townhome in Brandon Fl. I have a leak originating from my bathroom that's damaging my kitchen ceiling drywall etc. I put in a claim with my insurance company Tower Hill . They denied my claim! The reason was not thorough or specific to my issue in my opinion. There was no sense of urgency regarding my claim after the adjuster came to my home the follow up was slow and I had to initiate multiple calls. I asked for a supervisor by the name of Courtney Robinson whom breezed over my grievances and advised me to call a contractor. Which I felt was a brush off. Once she tried to dismiss my concerns I voiced my disapproval and she hug up on me before there was a resolve. Courtney Robinson and Kimberly Kittrell are two individual representing Tower Hill in the worse way and they have poor customer service! Resolution Sought I'd like Tower Hill to cover the damages to my home with the assumed deductible which would be my responsibility but for Tower Hill and their team to just deny me is not ethical or plausible. It's not wear and tear like the report reads it's not a hurricane related issue like it reads. The adjuster rushed through the inspection , he spent only 5 minutes in the house he verbalized that my damages would be covered on 11/22/24.
