The process of the loans more than it should be . They got it at a doubled and I need it to be taken off and the pay off I can get a bal. But they keep coming back at me harder and harder so I can't get the payoff right . Resolution Sought Make the balance as it's legal .this can't be legal .to just keep on and on and never see a half for a pay off .it needs to be fixed .very important that someone helps me out....
