Tower Storage complaints

I been renting storage space from this company over ten years never been late always paid on time. Then all of a sudden from the first beginning without notice they started raising my rent until they reached the final total of $224.00 . Speaking with management I ask how can she up my payments without my permission this was happening to offend. I explained I had a contract staying this amount and it keeps changing every few months or year. She states to me there will not be any more rising my rent. Few months ago I went to them spoke with asst. manger I told her they weren't supposed to raise my rent she said it was the corporate office I ask for the number they couldn't give it to me I asked for a address to contact them they wouldn't give me that I asked for them to have them contact me they didn't do that. I asked how can I speak with someone to resolve my issues there told me I had to go through them and ther final answers was to raise my rent. There's more to say my remaining characters getting short. Please contact me and I also want to file a small claim against the company take out more money then I allow and told them not to any more than was agreed $224.00 they had taken 294.00 I had my bank recover 71.00 dollars from them that I didn't give my permission for them to take. Please contact me There's more. Resolution Sought Refund, Let people know what kind of business they do and taking money without your permission . I want to take them to small claim court.
