I had purchased a battery from Chevy parts that was under warranty and was told that I didn't have to keep my receipt because they kept all sales records. The battery died within six months of purchase and they told me that they couldn't find the records of purchase. Resolution Sought I would like a new battery.

I, Thomas Romero, the parts manager could not find any purchase made by Ms. Tafoya for a battery. There are no records found for this alleged purchase. I have communicated my findings with Ms. Tafoya.
