We bought a Hamilton modular home from Town and County Homes in Tupelo, MS. We have had over 8 water leaks due to the fact that Hamilton did not seal any of the water fixtures. We have damage to several wall, cabinets, and flooring. We have months of complaints through text and no one wants to take responsibility. They do admit walls need to be torn out but they are not doing the work. We have had Town and Country send in numerous work orders to Hamilton and we are still getting no response. We have a one year warranty and I feel like that they are waiting to make the repairs be out responsibility . We bought a new home that has been a complete nightmare. We need help getting the work done or a new home to replace this severely damaged one. One of the workers for Town and Country admitted this was a poor design with many issues. Resolution Sought Replace the home to he honest. There is black mold in the walls due to all the water leaks. Or pay this one off and repair it. Or repair this one to my standards and cut the price in half due to all the suffering and frustration this has caused.

Company states; We have been consistently working with the customer and factor to resolve the issues. The factory has another round of repairs scheduled and we have been an integral part in getting factory work that needs to be done and any work that has been required to be handled by the retailer.
