I was a member of the New York sports club in White Plains I brought a guest. The guy at the counter told me due to change of management that they no longer do guest. My girlfriend asked me to bring her son with me so he can check out the gym if he wanted to join. When I told them what was said to me he got agitated and he jumped up and he pulled down the clock and broke it. I talked to the manager and told him that I have to talk to my girlfriend to pay for the clock. When I went home I saw my girlfriend in front of the police station talking to them and I asked them about that she's going to have to be responsible for paying for the clock because they were asking me for the money and they said don't worry it's been handled. But before that I was told I wasn't allowed to come back to the gym. I called a couple of times and they kept saying they would get back to me like they made me feel like it could be rectified. Now the manager is telling me just now that once I'm banned they can't change it. I told them that I was misinformed from the person that worked there and when I said it to the manager in front of that guy he lied and said he never said that. I would just believe because he wanted to save his job. I am a 66 year old female I have arthritis and my main reason for going to that gym is to use the pool. The manager told me if I walked into a bank and the person with me decides to rob a bank I would be a accomplice. I don't agree I feel like the victim here. Resolution Sought Reinstate my membership.

New York Sports club has stolen money out of my personal account while closed down due to covid 19. They have no corporate phone number or operators. My bank would not help me because of the complex nature. Resolution Sought I want my money back immediately.
