In 2019 I bought a brand new Camry and purchased the prepaid maintenance, when the car hit 20k they charged my contract for 30k and I've been taking it every time on schedule I took it in this week for the 45k because the car has 37k on it and they charged my prepaid the 50k and when I complained about it I was told they would void my lifetime warranty if the didn't, which is a lie because it wasn't 10k miles between oil changes and it still had 3 months to the time for the oil change, they're trying to get out of this contract sooner than it's supposed to be. So I'm losing money that I paid upfront because of this issue ,I'm not stupid I know how this works and they're acting like I don't they told me the maintenance is based off of months not miles which is a complete lie, the oil shouldn't have been done until it hit 40k instead of now Resolution Sought I want either my money back for the services I'm not getting or I want them to extend my prepaid maintenance to give me the 15k I'm losing,
