I purchased a 2018 Altima 6-9-23 but the car was having a bumper replaced because they said it had a bad scratch. I picked the black Altima up 6-14-23. I drove it to Clarksville Tennessee. The car was idling to 5 rpm's. Then I tried to go up a hill. The car was idling really high and was struggling to take the hill. I took it to a mechanic and he said if I purchased that car I would be replacing that transmission real soon. I took the car back to the on 6-16-23 and told them the problem I was having. The sales manager drove just a little down the street with me and said the car wasn't doing anything. I told him now you see that car is idling up to 5 to 6 rpm's when you tried to take off from the stop sign. We got back to Toyota he pulled the car up to mechanic and told him to look at the car but nothing is wrong with it. I told him if you believe the lie you're telling then why does the mechanic have to check it out. I left the car there and I called global lending and canceled my financing application. I told them the situation about the car and they canceled my application. I have been calling Toyota for two weeks because they took my 1600.00 for a down payment. They keep telling me the finance manager is not in. I finally got to talk to him on 6-30-23 and he acted as if he was so busy and couldn't talk to me. He told me he would call me back as of today , I still haven't heard from anyone. They owe me my 1600. 00 back because I returned that car back to them in two day Resolution Sought Refund my $1600.00.
