I bought my car here on September 17th and when i purchased it, it was fine until the next day when a sensor came up saying that my automatic breaking system is malfunctioning and that the lane assist was malfunctioning. I brought the car back the next day but it was a Saturday so they said they would do their best but they probably will have to bring it back Monday so I did. They said that it wasn't throwing up the codes and bring it again when it was so i brought it back again where they looked it over and said I had to go to Nissan and to call them to make an appointment. I did that but the service advisor Anthony said it was too much money and that he couldn't do that and that he's going to handle it . over a week went by where i called daily and left voice mails without hearing back. i call and report to a manager and an hour later get a text from the manager with my appointment at Nissan in cherry hill for 10/11 i take it and Nissan says that Toyota never gave them any information on the car, Toyota changed the windshield without recalibrating the sensors. Nissan said they were only approved to do a system check and that they could not do anything else to it. my car, still having the same issue i call a manager who tells me to take it back to Nissan and that it shouldn't be an issue. I call Anthony twice leaving a very detailed voicemail letting him know that I would be bringing it back, when i get to Nissan they say Toyota isn't paying for my car to be fixed and to cal Resolution Sought they sold me a broken car. they need to pay for Nissan to recalibrate the sensor or they need to let me exchange my car. I have taking my car to be serviced 5 times in 40 days. its absurd. its covered under my warranty and is an issue that had been happening since i bought the car.
