On Nov 15 2022 I called Shannon Krest I had spoke with her on the phone about if they except 1099A she said that it was approved through head quarters of Toyoda. I went down picked the car out and she told me that the car had to stay till the payment came in. So I gave her the 1099A and B and C what IRS sent me . She said it would take three days because she never did the process before . I also sent a promissory note because it was already approved . I waited a week no answer from them so I text Cristian her assistant he told me that the GSM was working on it and his name is Larry Tabloff. He said he was out sick so he would go ask. Never text back till the 26th of Nov 2022 he said at this point they couldn't do it. I said because the 1099A was excited and I sing the back Elizabeth-Nanette:Wilkerson, beneficiary making them the trustee I would have to file a Conditional acceptance and they might want to read it before saying no. Later that day he said it was just taking longer than expected. I told him that they are negotiable Instruments of a security or any other writing which evidence a right to payment of a type which is in ordinary corse of business transferd by delivery with any necessary endorsement or assignment. He said that Larry was handling by purchase the manger. This was on December 1st They never gave me back any of my instruments. They have refused to take the payment but already got it . The account where to claim the money was on the Copy's from IRS. Resolution Sought I would like the 35,000 they got for the car that was promised after excepting my 1099A
