I purchased a used Toyota Highlander in Waldorf Maryland a few weeks ago and didn't notice that the passenger door and left and right rear door didn't function properly, not locking and unlocked with the factory keys which may create a safety hazard if in case of accident I may not be able to get the children out in a timely manner or senior. I returned to the dealership to inform them of the problem and I was told its not there problem, once I drove off the lot and if it breaks in two parts there my two parts per the sales manager of used vehicles car sales. Mr.Dan. iam not sure what to do now. My wife is the one that noticed that the passenger doors were not working when she picked up of grandchildren. I bought the car to drive back and forth to work and just didn't notice the other doors didn't lock unlock unless you do either manually. Resolution Sought Fix the door locks to work with the key fob to lock and Unlock the other doors. If I had found that the passenger and rear doors didn't work I wouldn't made this purchase.

We actually replaced the door lock actuators at no cost for this customer
