we are having issue over 1 year now . the call get drop every single day, we ask to solve a problem, they never fix the problem and we ask to stop the service they need $4656 to be paid, Resolution Sought I can settle for 1000 and stop the service

TPX claims that we never contacted them to cancel. We have shown them documentation from an email that we requested to cancel. Resolution Sought They sent us to collections over this amount.
