I bought a new phone out of pocket and safe link lock it! I spent an hour on the phone with customer service and they wanted me to pay to unlock it! I have no contract with them. They wanted me to pay $300 Resolution Sought Unlock my phone for free

I bought a TracFone from them and the phone stopped working,so I contacted them and they sent me another one for the same cost put didn't have the same one I purchased. The phone they sent me,the battery was dead. I called them back to let them know that I was returning it back. They said once I returned the phone they would send me another one. I have yet to receive one. They keep saying it has been shipped or they don't have no information of my account or address. This has been ongoing since March and now it's July. I have been calling them every week and looking for it in my mailbox. I gave them the tracking number from the Post office also because I had to pay for it being shipped. It's delivered on June 7th, around that time at there warehouse at La vergne,Tn.37086 Resolution Sought I want a phone that I paid for that works. Please help me.
