I ordered a cellphone from trac phone on the 16th for this month, I'm still waiting for the phone to come in.I keep checking on the status and all they tell me is pinning remote fulfillment That doesn't tell me anything. They don't know where the phone's at then. I don't know what the shipping status of it is. Nothing I have contacted him 12 times I have got no result from them whatsoever, nothing they keep telling me to wait. 24 hours. I've done that 5 times and nothing has happened. Nothing. The phone is still tied up somewhere in California or wherever it's coming from dei, the tracking number. This is the wrong number no, it's not. It's the correct number. Because every time I pull it up, it's saying it's waiting remote fulfillment. So they have no clue where my phone's at. I'm tired of waiting. I've waited long enough. I want a refund and they won't give me a refund because they tell me it has to rob at the shepherd before they can give me a refund, but they don't even know where it's at so what shipper is it going to they don't know they don't know what shipper it's going to Resolution Sought I want.\n My money refund it. I am tired of waiting.

Kept trying to transfer my phone service from safe link to assurance. They kept my phone number they wouldn't transfer my service and so I've been out of a phone for over a month and a half. I'm an heart transplant patient and need a phone for emergency and they have denied me my rights Resolution Sought Retain my phone number recover money for my inconvenience and stop them from having government contact s.
