I canceled service with this company, but not before calling to make sure I would get a refund and I was told by three different people I would get a refund. I was also told after canceling that I needed to file a dispute with my bank in order to get a refund. I did that and the refund was denied. I called back to question it and was told that I was not getting a refund after three different people told me that I could file through my bank to get the refund. They all gave me wrong information and then hung up on me when I tried to Get them to admit they lied. Resolution Sought My refund of $36

We ordered a phone from the business and were given a fake tracking number. After several attempts to rectify we were continually given the same fake tracking number and employees refused to let us to speak to supervisors. Resolution Sought Deliver the product that was purchased in working condition.
