We ordered 4 tons of pellets I was told you had a truck to deliver them and it would cost $100.00.

We ordered 4 tons of pellets I was told you had a truck to deliver them and it would cost $100.00. When I came to make and appointment to pick them up and pay them off, they told me the didn't have a truck. So the manager suggested we rent there trailer which could hold 2 tons, and I said fine my husband will be back tomorrow. My husband goes back the next day and the manager denies everything and says the trailer is broken and can only hold one ton. This is poor management nobody in that store knows what's going on this isn't the first this has happened. Somebody needs to get their stories straight.
