I had purchased a Grand Teton pellet stove a little over a year ago. Since having the pellet stove I have had multiple issues with it. I had reached out to the manufacturer and received 3 new motherboards and 1 blower motor. The first motherboard was sent to me within one month after first purchasing because of an overheating issue and the pellet stove blower would not come on creating a safety hazard. After that one continued to have issues the second one was sent, and issues remained. The third mother board was sent and blower motor. I replaced them and one day after replacement it made an explosion sound and sparks shot out of the back. I have reached out to tractor supply multiple times with no help. Was told to reach out to the manufacturer, then manufacturer told me to reach out back to tractor supply vice versa over and over again. This pellet stove is now unusable and a safety hazard in my home. Resolution Sought To offer a refund for the pellet stove or a replacement.
