I bought 1 qt Magic clearcoat (lacquer clear) to apply over a lacquer basecoat, followed directions as specified on container and after application product failed to dry or cure out ,even after 7 days which resulted in having to strip clearcoat and basecoat from applied surface .had to do everything completely over again which including buying more basecoat and labor to do the job over,contacted tractor supply about to he issue and received one email saying someone would be in contact with me but no one has and I also called several times and got no results. Resolution Sought To be held liable for the materials and labor that it cost me to do the job over because of their defective product.
