My wife and I attended a local meeting with Tradebloc Inc. to terminare our relationship with Marriott Vacation Club. We paid an upfront fee of $8,000.00 and we instructed to not pay anymore money on the Marriott mortgage and maintenance fees. We later paid, as instructed to pay Tradebloc an additional $4,000.00 for lifetiiime credit protection from Marriott. Later we began getting calls from Marriott about making payments to which we directed Marriott to contact Tradebloc as i=our representative in this matter. Marriott insisted that they recieved no notification that Tradebloc was representing us. Tradbloc said they had informed Marriott. Time went on and recieved a notice of a deed of foreclosure in lieu if foreclosure. Tradebloc told us that this was good news but, never told us of possible tax liabilities. We told Tradebloc that this was unacceptable. Tradebloc told us that they would continue working on our case but gave no specifics. We did not recieve any satisfactory responses from Tradebloc, and it took threats to contact our State Attorney General's office to receive a return phone call, it was only a half hearted response. We finally had enough, terminated our contract with them via eail and certified letter and asked for our money back. At our initial meeting we were told that we could get our money back if we were not satified with Tradebloc but, after searching through the contract, we could find no mention of this. we would like our payment to Tr Resolution Sought Refund in full

These clients signed up for our services on August 20, 2025. At that time, they also signed an 18-month guarantee, giving us 18 months to complete their case, which ends on February 20, 2027. Additionally, in the Credit and Debt Management Agreement, they initialed and signed that they would have no communication, as such communication would be a direct breach of contract. When we communicate with the timeshare company, we ask them specifically whether they have an exit path, such as the one they received on March 20, 2026, which clients declined. We do not work for the timeshare, so we have no idea, and we are not responsible for any tax liabilities the timeshare decides to pursue. We also have records of emails and calls to the client. We never received anything from the State Attorney General, so that statement is false. The clients also notified us on 5/6/26 that they had hired another exit company. In the 18-month guarantee, they signed Number 3: "This offer will be void if you hire another company." These clients informed us on 5/15/26 that they no longer wanted us working on their case, so we ceased all work. These clients do not qualify for a refund.
