Not As Advertised

I paid for a trademark to be filed and extra fees to research if any other trademarks were similar. We ended up having to abandon our application because someone had already filed for our trademark for the same class codes. The company should of found this when they did a search. Unfortunately it was 6 months later when we received notice from the USPTO that someone else had filed for the same trademark 6 months prior to ours. This should of been discovered if they actually did a search. After spending over $750, we filed a complaint with the CA BBB. The company ignored the complaint and did not address the issue nor did they ever communicate with us again.

False advertisement, satisfaction not guaranteed

Trademark Crew states on their website that " 100 Satisfaction Guarantee " , and " Unlimited Support During Entire Process " . From my experience, these statements are false and misleading. I had problems with the TEAS links that were sent to me for the filing of a trademark. I called, sent emails, and used their chat. All of these attempts to get information and my problems resolved resulted in no responses at all. This company does not deliver what it promises on its website. I would advise avoiding this company.
