What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. If we determine, in our sole judgment, that a review may not be genuine, that is, it may not have been posted by a customer, we will remove it. Satisfaction with my complaint resolution

What I like about shopping with Tradesy is the large selection of designer clothing at affordable prices. I suggest ordering items early to avoid getting your merchandise late because of potential delays with seller confirmation and shipment. Although there was a problem with one of my returned items, I appreciate the prompt attention the returns manager gave my case. My complaint was resolved timely, which allowed proper credit to post to my account.
