I have an OXBOX Trane product, which was purchased 2 years in March 18 2022. Request the service company to submit a warranty for the heating/cooling system. The part of the coral is the piece that is bad and on back order since August 2024. We made several attempts contacting the local Trane Dealer parts company - D& L on Freedom Dr Charlotte NC.. We used a local contractor who is suppose to handle repairing the cioral. We were advised the part will not be in stock until November. Myself and spouse both have Chronic lung issues. We are getting sick with re occurring bronchitis. We've made several trips to the doctor and hospital. We've accumulated a mass number of doctors & Hodpital bill. We were advised we could not use the warranty because time has expired. Why should we be responsible for a product that should not have been sold with not being able to obtain parts for a huge asset to my home. that I can not use. I've reached out to TRANE customer service and get only response is they've received the on line request, Was advised a representative will be contacting us. Have not received a response. This type of business is not good for someone who has invested in their home. Resolution Sought Make arrangements to replace the system or get my money back so I can get a more reliable system that will not jeopardize our Health.

Thank you for contacting Trane Technologies Residential HVAC Consumer Relations ("Trane") serving Trane, American Standard, Ameristar, RunTru, and Oxbox brands. Due to a nationwide material shortage affecting many industries, including HVAC manufacturing, we are experiencing higher-than-anticipated shortages of both parts and equipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to improve the expected ship date for these requests because we lack the necessary components. We are fulfilling pending orders as quickly as we receive the materials. To be able to try and locate the part needed to complete your repair we will need some additional information: • Serial/Model number of the Trane equipment • Servicing dealer's name and their contact information • Order Confirmation Number (8-digit code beginning with a 1 or 2) • Part number that was order (3 letters followed by 5 numbers) Once this information has been provided, I can determine how best to assist you. Any further questions can be directed to the agent handling this case at 1-800-945-5884 or [email protected]. Thank you. Sincerely, Erin Donovan Team Leader Consumer Relations Residential HVAC & HVAC Supply Trane Technologies
