I dropped my tractor trailer off to catch a plane from Chicago to Dallas. Me and my girlfriend had to pick up a rental truck while our truck was in the shop. it took nearly 2 weeks. we're from Philadelphia so we had no choice but leave some of our belongings in the truck that we couldn't take on the plane upon picking up the truck nearly 150 dollars worth of merchandise was stolen including tools iphone accessories , food and medications my girlfriend left behind. I been trying to resolve this with the supervisor and G.M. however they both showed no care at all. And only responded once I posted about my experience on their Google profile. Resolution Sought I would like to be reimbursed $150.00 for their mechanic stealing and tampering without belongings.

Mr. Houser, a driver for Prime Express, brought this truck into our Elmhurst IL Service department on Friday June 11. An estimate was given to Marko, the owner of Prime Express located in Evanston IL. Marko declined the repairs stating he would have the work done elsewhere. Marko came to our business on Tuesday June 15 and paid for the diagnosis of the truck. He was taken to the truck in our secure lot by one of our porters, and left with it. Nothing was mentioned to our Service staff or porter about vandalism or missing items inside the vehicle upon entering. We did not have the truck for two weeks as Mr. Houser is stating, we in fact had it for less than four days in our secure lot. Our Service manager Chad Shaw spoke to Mr. Houser earlier this week and Mr. Houser claimed that his food and water bottles were all opened and partially consumed and that his girlfriend’s pills were strewn around the cab; also that someone went through their belongings, opened a sealed box, and stole a few small items. Chad then contacted Marko to inform him of his conversation with Mr. Houser, and Marko stated that he took the truck to another Service shop in Crestwood IL to complete the repairs after removing it from our lot, where the truck then remained until Mr. Houser returned to pick it up.
