I purchased a part through ebay with this company and they never send me anything. They want me to ship the part back to get reimbursed but I have not received anything. This is fraud. I purchased the part on October 27, 2021 and I have not received anything. Please help me get my money back. Resolution Sought I wants a refund or the part delivered.

Company states; Customer purchased the door for $500, and not for $549 as stated. See attached invoice and order details. Mario Cabrera agreed and confirmed we could send it at the nearest freight terminal. Door was delivered at the terminal on 11/9/2021. https://www.centraltransport.com/tools/track-shipment Pro number 15004958896 ( see attached bill of lading and delivery proof ) After that mario opened the item not received case through ebay and was refunded. A refund was issued. A total of $533.75 was refunded on Dec 8, 2021. See attached invoice and order details. All proof that order was shipped and delivered attached (upon request). Our part was made clear and responsibly.
