Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Disputed fraudulent information with supporting documentation the company refused to acknowledge my docs and the law to remove certain items from my file. Resolution Sought To correct my file.

Back in October 2023, a credit card was fraudulently opened in my name. I filled a dispute thorough the credit card company, Chase, and with all 3 credit bureaus. Chase confirmed for me today, February 15, 2024, that they sent all dispute information to the credit bureaus back in October. Experience has since taken the fraudulent hard inquiry off my credit report. As of today, Trans Union claims they never received documentation from Chase and will not remove the fraudulent hard inquiry from my credit report. When speaking with them, they were not helpful, said they can't help me, and said they would be hanging up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I want this fraudulent hard inquiry removed from my credit report. Can you please help? Resolution Sought The fraudulent Chase credit card hard inquiry to be taken off of my credit report from October 28, 2023.
