Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I told TransUnion LLC Business that certral collection unit account is not mines at all they violated my Constitution rights 1681i Usc and 625 Usc and 1693 Usc. Please remove this debt off my credit report file if not I will be sue y'all for damage my credit. Thank you for this matter Resolution Sought Delete certral collection unit account

They have tried to bill me for the past week now and I've already canceled my account and did not want to continue the services. I called them yesterday and had them take me off of any sort of payments or services and just today I was billed for the same service again just calling. Resolution Sought Would like them to stop charging me for their service and to have my information removed from there accounts.
