My husband agreed to a 1.00 charge on his cc while filling out an application.

My husband agreed to a 1.00 charge on his cc while filling out an application. Transunion then proceeded to charge 19.95 a month to the card. When they were called to cancel, I had to call back several times and still not sure it is canceled and refunded like we were told. Very rude and condescending attitudes.
