I canceled my membership almost a year ago. About two months ago they stated to recharge me. I called to cancel. The lady tried to make me stay, saying I was paid up through Oct 3rd and I could cancel then. I said no then she asked If I would stay through with a lower rate. I said no, that I don't anywhere near an FYI store or their participating restaurants. So she canceled it effective immediately and said there was no refund. Someone should warn people about the shady dealings that they do and no one should give a company like this their credit card! Resolution Sought They should honor the money they already took.

At the time of purchase a customer paying with a credit card is offered our membership program. There is a pamphlet for our membership program which explains all the terms and conditions of the program. The customer is given this pamphlet at the time of purchase. There is a phone number within the pamphlet that allows them to cancel via phone. We have reached out and confirmed the cancellation of the membership as of 9/20/203. The customer called and cancelled the membership successfully on 9/6/2023. The cancellation confirmation number is Z232495448. We have processed a refund for two months totaling $23.98 that will show as two separate $11.99 credits. There will be no future charges due to the cancellation being processed.
