Back in 2020 TWN (Transworld Network) Communications came to my house stating they had to install a new dish and redirect it because the tower it used was no longer in service, as far I know this was the end of it. Now TWN is stating that my service plan was changed without my consent or knowledge two years ago, and that I owe them the cost difference between the two plans for the last two years because they failed to charge accordingly. Resolution Sought Pro-rate to a cheaper plan. Although I wasn't given a choice, I assume there must have been one. I am still being charged for the old plan they say doesn't exist.
