I have no knowledge of this debt. I didn't sign a contract with this company for any product or services rendered. Resolution Sought I demand this be removed from my credit report immediately.

I have tried multiple times to have this removed from my credit report because at the time of services, I had Ohio Medicaid. Once I had proof, I called the company, but the representative refused to take my information stating that the statute of limitations on medical had run out. When I asked, why did they not send me information regarding a deadline, the representative went silent only to come back and say once again, she was not taking the information. After my discussion with the collection agency, I searched on the web about Medical insurance limitations and found out that I am indeed still with the proper time to present my medical information from 2017. Resolution Sought I would very much like the business to remove this bill from my credit report and inform all three credit bureaus. I would like a formal apology for not letting me know about medical insurance deadline.
