Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I used this company when closing on my condo, after a long 2 hour signing and a confused legal assistant, I wrote an additional check and left office with keys in my hand. Come to find out after six months when I called about this they said Oh you over paid and will will send you a check. Horrible experience and would never recommend this office to anyone, and I know a lot of people. Six months later received a late notice in mail regarding a Tax bill. I called the title company asking what happened only to have a yelling match with the same person who was at closing. they are saying I was told about a credit I received for the Tax bill, but when left office the day I signed last paper never received a check to pay this bill, and shows Previous Owner paid them in escrow. I bought this place in Nov 19th 2020. The tax bill was for a whole year. After complaining I ended up having to pay this bill. The Owner continues to say I was told about a credit, but till this day has yet to show me were credit went, I was never informed about a credit, nor does my realtor remember hear about a credit, and the only other person in the room at time of closing was myself and the confused legal assistant. BBB, Florida Bar, and recently Attorney General office have all received a written complaint . BBB response business never responded and a D- rating. Florida Bar continuous correspondences still, and most recently Attorney General haven't heard back yet but did receive my complaint. Resolution Sought I want my money back and will not rest till I get it. This company is a joke.
