We bought a vacation package based on the "Sunsation Guarantee" that we were promised when we signed the contract. It was a guarantee that if I put in 3 properties where I wanted to stay and 2 different weeks that I wanted to travel I was Guaranteed to get one of those properties during one of those weeks as long as the request was in by Dec. 15th. Without this guarantee I would NEVER have bought this vacation pkg. I had issues last year because that guarantee was taken away but someone was able to help me and assured me that it was just a temporary change with covid and the guarantee would most certainly be available again. Well here we are a year later with the same issues. I am required to pay a yearly maintenance fee for 11 vacations that I still have but am unable to take because of contract that they have just decided they no longer need to honor. I have called numerous times and am still waiting for management to return my call and let me know what they are going to do about not adhering to the contract that was signed. Also the places they advertise are available to you during their presentation are nothing like what you are actually getting when you go to book a vacation. Our experience with this company has been awful. They are very misleading as to what they are selling you. I would never in a million years purchase something that this company is affiliated with ever again. Resolution Sought My payment for the 14 vacation weeks we purchased has been paid in full minus the additional fee I pay when I actually book the vacation. I am still left paying a yearly maintenance fee, until the weeks have all been used, that I believe should be removed since I am unable to book vacations due to their reneging on the promises made in their contract.
