Pillows not clean, sheets look 50 years old, blankets not washed!!

Pillows not clean, sheets look 50 years old, blankets not washed, no ice machine, half the rooms have fridges the rest don't. Some have microwave some don't and rooms smell musty. For this place to be investigated thoroughly asap.
